致萤火虫

            金色的夕阳西沉 夏日已近黄昏
            夜色要笼罩一切，天空布满了黑云

就在这光明消失之际
            你来了，拖着明亮尾巴的萤火虫

            如岩石般厚重的乌云，遮蔽夜空
            这些光明天使，勇于挑战漆黑蒙蒙
            他们给夜色带来了光亮和动感美
            哦，这些可爱的小家伙仿佛来自天庭

            忽而向上，忽而向下，欢快跳跃
            忽而向前，忽而向后，优美地舞动

每一个动作都是一幅用光描绘的画
这些勤奋小天使，不知疲倦，创作不停

充满爱心，充满热情
你给大自然增添了光明
快乐地燃烧着自己，你的火光
照亮了被世界冷落的阶层

也许那些光还很微弱，但是
小动物们可以借此找到回家的路

勤奋的学者可借萤光继续读书

你的光亮还可以安抚悲伤的心灵

但是，化学农业使萤火虫几近灭绝

人类活动捻熄了一盏盏可爱的小灯
没有了萤火虫的身影，大自然失去了魅力
没有了萤火虫的舞蹈，世界从此缺乏灵动

请救救它们，因为人类与它们有着相同的宿命

To fireflies

         After the golden sunset, after the hot day,

              Beneath the cloudy overcast skies,

              The shadows and the darkness lies,

         The brightness fades away while the fireflies play.

         The rock-like clouds thicken the even,

              These angels of light challenge the twilight,

              Bring radiance and beauty to the dim night,

         Oh, these lovely little things as if descent from Heaven.

         Upward and downward, leaping in cheery,

              Forward and backward, dancing in content,

              Flame the movement in every moment,

         These diligent angels of light are never weary.

         They are full of love, full of passion

              Add the illumination to the nature,

              Blaze themselves into splendor with rapture,

         Present the world with silent glow in emotion.

         Although their lights are weak, with their effort,

Little animals can find their way home gladly,

The diligent learner can read his book continually,

         Sad hearts resume their expectation and get comfort,

But agricultural chemicals make them near extinction,

              Without their figures, the nature will lose magnificence,

              Without their dance, the world will lack elegance,

         Please save them, for we share the same destination.
