啄木鸟之歌

我是一名出色的医生，心细如发，充满热情
       尽管我的家族日渐衰微，成为稀有物种
       我仍不图回报，诊察枝干，为树治病
       从一棵树，到另一棵树，我啄个不停
       笃笃，笃笃笃！

白蚁、毛虫，妄图匿在树干里逃遁
       我却总能从里到外，将其消灭殆尽
       我的喙如听诊器，让一切害虫无处藏身
       我的嘴如手术刀，治愈树木我十分高兴
       笃笃，笃笃笃！

看这橡树、苹果树，槐木、梨树，多么高大
       看这松树、山毛榉、郁金香珍品，多么葱茏
       是我，护其美丽、高度与风姿
       是我，保其光彩、优雅与风情
       笃笃，笃笃笃！

无论是春、夏、还是秋、冬
       树木、森林急切需要我悉心呵护
       我尽职尽责，仔细检查着每一棵树干
       尽我所能，为了大地的康宁

       I’m a good doctor with passion and care,
       Although my species become rare and rare,

Termites, caterpillars, matches try to hide inside,
